Detailed Description:
The dataset ‘lat_lon_demand’ comprises three distinct columns (matrix of 310×3). The first and the second columns denote the geographical location, while the third column contains the demand.
Specifically, the first column corresponds to the latitude, and the second column stands for longitude, collectively specifying a unique location. The third column depicts the demand quantified in Mbps.
It is worth noting that the distribution of demand across these locations is not uniform or evenly spread. There is a certain degree of variability, indicating an uneven and nonuniform distribution of demand in the dataset.
